I recently traveled to Italy myself to celebrate my 40th birthday. It was importante to me to do something I wanted to do and remember who I am. I remembered that I am a capable, adaptable, intelligent, problem solving, spontaneous, hilarious, charming, helpful, resourceful and interesting person. I came back and was able to be a better wife, mom, friend, jiu jitsu practitioner, and employee. 5 stars- highly recommend looking at yourself in the mirror and remembering all the wonderful things that make you who you are. Because you ARE wonderful for being you and you deserve good things.
